Terms and Conditions

Deposits:

We require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure all appointments. This amount will remain on your account as a holding fee. 

If you need to reschedule for any reason, your deposit will remain on your account as a holding fee for future bookings but it cannot be refunded or transferred. Deposits are also not eligible to be used on retail products.

Cancellations/No Show:
At I Am Hair we value your time and we hope you value ours. We send a reminder text 4 days in advance to allow enough time if you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule. If you do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up your deposit will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to turn up, you will be required to pay 50% of your next service at the time of booking to secure another appointment.

If you are a no show or 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will also be charged 50% of the missed appointment cost

Refunds/Returns:
We do not offer refunds on hair, retail products or services. Please contact us within one week of your appointment if you have any concerns about your hair. This must be booked within one week of your initial service.
 

We will accept returns on faulty products that have been purchased within 30 days. The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. Contact us via email to arrange for damaged goods to be replaced.

 

We understand and appreciate our guests are busy, as are we.

If you are running late to your appointment, please call the salon. If you are running more than 20 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled resulting in a forfeited deposit and no-show fee as appointments are scheduled consecutively after each other.

Please know at this stage unfortunately we cannot have additional guests in salon. Please attend your appointment alone.

Refer A Friend:

Receive a $50 voucher when an existing client has referred you to use at your first appointment, with a minimum spend of $200. The $50 discount will be applied at their next session, also with a minimum spend of $200.

• Only one voucher can be used per session, per person.

• Referral rewards are capped at 10 friends. If you refer more than 10 friends, we’d be thrilled to collaborate with you on an exclusive VIP offer!
   

Active Promotional Codes:
THANKYOU50 as given by our stylists, for a limited time. Discount is limited to $50.00 off your next colour service.
FITDISTRICT50 used by Fit District members, must show code on app when in salon to redeem. Applicable on first sessions over $200.00 limited use to once per person.

BOOKNOW50 limited to one use per client. Eligible for returning clients only with last visit being longer than 6 months ago. Worth $50 off any service over $200.

To redeem your voucher,  the booking must be confirmed by the 5th April 2025 valid for 6 months. A minimum spend of $200 on hair services is required. Vouchers are not applicable to retail products and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one voucher may be used per appointment, per person, and they cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. I Am Hair reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this voucher, you agree to these terms.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products purchased, whether in-store or online.

All sales are final.
